We formed this REO division to handle REO’s, Foreclosures, BPO’s, Drive-By Appraisals and Insurance Inspections. We feel that agents who handle this type of business need extra training to meet the needs of our clients. Most real estate companies still use the system of giving these type of assignments to floor-duty agents. As you know, there is much more to this type of business beyond the duties of a new, inexperienced real estate agent.
